This conference marks the launch of the Center for Statistical Foundations of AI (CSFAI) at UCSB, which aims to advance principled, interpretable, and trustworthy AI through rigorous statistical methodology. The meeting will bring together leading researchers across statistics, machine learning, and related disciplines to discuss emerging challenges and opportunities at the interface of theory, methodology, and applications.

Registration is open.
