Sessions will be held in Corwin Pavilion, located inside the University Center (UCen) at UC Santa Barbara. The pavilion sits next to the UCSB Lagoon and Campus Point Beach, with dining options inside the UCen and a short walk to the cafes and restaurants of Isla Vista. Day parking is available in the lots adjacent to the UCen; permits can be purchased from on-site machines or via the UCSB Transportation & Parking Services portal.

UC Santa Barbara is in Goleta, about 10 miles west of downtown Santa Barbara. The closest airport is Santa Barbara Airport (SBA); Los Angeles International (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank (BUR) are common alternatives.
- From SBA: short trip to campus by taxi or rideshare.
- From LAX: the Santa Barbara Airbus express bus and the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner train both connect to Goleta or Santa Barbara. Rideshare and rental cars are also options.
